Wayne Blackburn

I have been in the industry since 1974 being exposed to the self alarming refrigerant early in my career.  I have serviced and installed equipment in a lot of different food processes. The industry has moved from the physical operation to more electronic operation through automation.  The ability to change the operation of a engine room with the click of a mouse makes training more important today than ever.  The one thing that is still the same is that there are a lot of really good people in this industry.
